Lion King

I love this movie. It is an old movie that I use to always watch when I was little. Its a shame how I don't watch it as much anymore. I think that this movie is one of the best movies made by Disney because it is a classic movie and most of the kids love it. This movie is about a fathers love for his son and will do anything to keep his son safe even if it means death. Simba a young lion who is very curious about things in life always gets in trouble. He has a very mean uncle who wants to be king and he plots a plan to kill Simba's dad which he surpassed. I think that that is very mean because why would you kill you own kind or family. He then tells Simba to run away and also tells his companions to kill him but they couldnt cause Simba escapes. I thought that he was very lucky cause he is still very small and that helped him escaped. I also like how Simba meets trust worthy friends when he ran away. Trust worthy friends are very hard to find now days in the world because everybody is about greed and money. Simba later grows up and goes back to take what was rightfully his. The secret of his fathers death was revealed causing an outrage between Simba's family towards the uncle. Then the uncle later gets killed by his companions for using them. I think that without Simba's uncle the story wouldn't be complete or be as nice. Simba's friends also plays a great role I beleive because without them he wouldn't have survived or come back to take what was his.

Ninja Assassin

Ninja Assassin is a great movie that I tend to watch over and over again. The theme of this movie is to get revenge from his old master. I believe that this movie wouldn't be so interesting without the violence end blood shed. Another thing that makes this movie so interesting to me is that I like how they made some since dark so that it seems more dangerous and that it helps the ninja assassins blend in to hide. I also think that the weapons are very unique. If I was to use them I think I would accidentally kill myself. I like how they have one character as the good guy who fights against a lot of his old friends. I also like how this character has a different clothing style then his enemies. I think that this movie would be better if there was more parts where they are fighting. What I like about the movie is that the ninja assassin's training place is far out in the mountains. They are trained since a child to be the perfect killing machine. Thought to be silent and careful I think is part of being a ninja. This movie makes me want to be one, one day. I think if i could be one maybe I can throw grenades and make me disappear like the movie.

The Grudge

So this movie is a horror movie about a curse. I really like horror movies so this is one of my favorites although I have to say i like the Japenese version more because they have better sound effects then the American movie. In this movie a white girl known as Karen moves with her boyfriend to Tokyo as a nurse to take care of an old women named Emma Williams. Anybody who enters the house that Emma Williams lives in gets the curse, and will eventually die. I think this movie is very interesting because Karen doesn't want to die and is fighting for her life. She finds out the past about the house which is very nasty. I think that it makes the movie a bit more frighting because the curse follows her everywhere. In the end she finds out how to stop the curse but she was stopped. I think that if no one has stopped her the curse would have been finished and the movie would be very boring. There is also the next part to this movie. My overall view of this movie is that its scary at times but its still not a real movie so its not all that scary. This is why I like to watch horror movies and that there are scenes that will make you jump and scream.

Rush Hour 3

Rush Hour Three consits of humor and investigations. I like this movie because it makes me laugh. In this scene from the movie I think that it is funny because Carter made a statement to Lee about a hight requriement for being black. It is funny because in a bit he walks into an asian that is very tall. Even though he is in trouble he still makes fun of the tall asian. I think that without Carter in this movie the movie wouldn't be so funny bcause he is a great actor. It is also funny how he is always screaming and yelling. Lee is also another major character that would have to be in this movie to make it nice because he is a great stunts man. He also helps out Carter alot to. I think that without each other they would have died already. Rush Hour 1 and 2 is also very great to watch to but I like to watch this part more because it has more humor to it then the other two. I think that Carter and Lee makes interesting movies for there fans to watch.

In these two pictures I am comparing happiness v.s. loneliness. In the first picture it seems lonely because the person is alone. The picture is also tooken at an angle pointing up towards the sky. The person also seems bored because he is touching firewood. In the other picture it seems more happy and less lonely because its a family picture. Most of the people are also laughing or smiling. This picture was taken at a distance which shows everybody in it unlike the other one where its a close up and only has one person alone.
